1. Who is responsible for your data?

The controller of the data provided in your enquiry is Michał Rosiak, operating under the MABARO Studio brand. For questions about your data, write to contact@mabarostudio.com.

2. What data do I collect and why?

The form collects your name, email address, industry or business name, your goal and project description, and the selected service. Your name, email address and fields marked with an asterisk are required so I can respond to your enquiry. Other information is optional. Please do not enter sensitive data, passwords or your customers’ data in the form.

I use this information to respond, discuss your project and prepare a possible proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you contact me on behalf of a business or another person, the basis is my legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This form does not subscribe you to a newsletter, and I do not make automated decisions about accepting your project.

3. Who handles the messages?

Messages from the form pass through FormSubmit, then reach an email inbox provided by home.pl. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Submitting the form takes you to FormSubmit, which also uses spam protection, including reCAPTCHA. The website provider processes technical data needed to display the site. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.

4. How long do I keep enquiries?

If we do not start working together, I delete or anonymise enquiry correspondence no later than 12 months after the last contact, unless you request earlier deletion or longer retention is necessary to establish or defend legal claims. If we enter into a contract, retention of information relating to its performance may depend on legal obligations and limitation periods. FormSubmit applies its own retention period described above.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Where applicable, you also have the right to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact me at contact@mabarostudio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

6. Analytics and your choice

With your consent, I use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, viewed pages and enquiries submitted through the form. The tool may use cookies and process information about visits, devices and referral sources. Google receives this data. See how Google uses data from sites using its services.

Analytics only starts after you choose “I agree”. Declining does not limit access to the website or prevent you from sending an enquiry. Your choice is stored in your browser so you are not asked on every page. You can change it using “Analytics settings” in the footer. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing.

After submission, the browser stores only a technical timestamp for the current session. If the form redirects you to the confirmation page and you have agreed to analytics, this lets us count one submitted enquiry. The form content, your name and email address are not sent to Analytics by this measurement.

7. Updates to this information

I update this notice when the way enquiries are received or analytics services are used changes.
